Contrary to popular belief, rats make excellent pets. and yes, they do have individual personalities, show affection, and love to play and snuggle with you. They're not just pets to look at; they're pets to interact with! Books on fancy rats are far and few between in bookstores and somehow I ended up starting to collect them whenever I spotted one. Turned out to be a good idea, as I was able to use them as resources for my fancy rat care manual I wrote for my technical writing class! If you know of a book I don't have, drop me a line.
